Refund Policy

Resolution of reported issues may include replacement of the product, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund. If we require a shipment to be picked up and returned to our office, the customer must make the product available in good condition and in the original container or the refund will not be honored. We cannot accept returns of perishable food.

The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Orders that are refused when the delivery attempts are made
  • Orders that are redirected by customer
  • Orders that are sent to recipients not available to accept packages in a timely manner on the day that it arrives
  • Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, resulting in defrosted items or damage


Orders placed for future shipment can be cancelled by contacting customer service seven business days prior to the requested ship date of the order (during the month of December, we require ten business days prior notice). To request a cancellation, contact customer service at email
